India is a great land with diverse cultures and languages.
It’s a land of opportunities and resources.
Its growing and progressing at a high rate. People have the potential and the ambition to reach to the top. Yet there are millions who are deprived of even the most basic needs like food, clothing and shelter. 70% of the population earns less than Rupess twenty a day while others two million in a minute. Inspite of the rich culture and a gamut of religions, relationship with a true and a Living God is missing.
Selfishness is everywhere, corruption is rampant, competition is brutal and nobody cares who dies as long as they win. People are ready to mix poison in food for profits, Politicians will do anything to stack up wealth for themselves at the cost of millions of brothers and sisters of the same motherland.
Where is the hope? Who can bring a change? Is it through the law enforcement authorities? Alas, even they are corrupt.
Unless the Lord builds the house, the labour of one who makes is in vain.
Yes, India needs God, a living God. Not superstition, not tradition, neither religious hypocracy but a loving and sincere relationship with God. As the nation comes together in prayer, the impossible can become possible. |
